Conditional Knockout: inactivation of targeted gene in tissue-specific and/or temporal manner

Knock-In: targeted insertion of genetic element, such as human gene, reporter gene, point mutation or regulatory element, into an endogenous locus

Conditional Knock-in: insertion of genetic element into an endogenous locus in tissue-specific and/or temporal manner

Large Gene Replacements: replacement of whole genes or chromosomal regions such as replacing mouse genes with human genes

Large Deletions: deletion of large genomic region

Multi-Allele Models: modification of multiple alleles (e.g. knockout or point mutation knock-in) in the same animal
